Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Late Night mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Late Night provides a premium storytelling experience featuring urban legends with AI-powered narration, videos, and artwork. The App offers both free and premium subscription tiers.

Free Features

Access to select urban legend stories.

Premium Features

  • Audio Mode with AI narration and atmospheric soundscapes
  • AI-generated short videos for each legend
  • AI-generated artwork and visuals
  • Exclusive premium stories
  • Early access to new content
  • Ad-free experience

Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription Plans

  • Monthly Premium: $4.99 per month
  • Yearly Premium: $49.99 per year (includes 1 week free trial)

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. We do not provide direct refunds for in-app purchases.

User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Content and Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content in the App, including stories, audio, videos, images, and design elements, is owned by Late Night or our licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our content
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the App
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices
  • Use the App for commercial purposes without permission

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Interfere with the App's operation or security
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the App to distribute malware or harmful code
  • Share your account credentials with others

AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate audio narration, videos, and artwork. While we strive for quality, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or unexpected results. We continuously improve our AI systems but cannot guarantee perfect accuracy.

Content Warnings

Late Night contains urban legends and horror stories that may include mature themes, violence, and disturbing content. The App is intended for users 13 years and older. Parental discretion is advised.

Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The App is free from viruses or harmful components
  • Content will meet your expectations

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LATE NIGHT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Effective Date" and posting the new Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App immediately ceases.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
